HOANG TRAN

Chief Financial Officer

Hoang began his career with Magnum as corporate Controller before moving into his current role of CFO, where he is responsible for establishing and managing the fiscal and financial framework for the organization from a strategic and operational perspective.

Prior to joining Magnum, Hoang spent 10 years in the construction industry, where he managed the group’s finance department. Hoang is a CPA-CMA and holds an MBA degree from the University of Toronto. He is fluent in Vietnamese and immigrated from Vietnam 23 years ago.

ROB SPILLER

Vice President, Maintenance & Facilities

As a co-founder in 2007, Rob started in field operations and has continually advanced through several key positions within the company. Rob is currently responsible for ensuring that Magnum’s equipment meets operational requirements and organizational goals, which largely includes the maintenance of Magnum’s large fleet of equipment.

With more than 20 years of oilfield cementing experience in the Canadian market, Rob’s experience is integral to ensuring that all operational, organizational, and performance needs are met.

DARREN WOYTENKO

Vice President, Operations

Having been in the oilfield cementing industry for over two decades, Darren brought a wealth of knowledge and experience when he joined Magnum in 2014, which he applied as he continually progressed throughout the organization. Darren was instrumental to the success of the Operations department in Canada, first leading the Fort Saskatchewan Station, to then overseeing all of Western Canada, before crossing the border to establish our U.S. Operations.

In Darren’s current role as Vice President, Operations, Darren supports the substantial growth Magnum has seen in both countries, going from our 1 to now 4 service lines, and continues to oversee and enhance our operational strategies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of all the industries we support.
